How CV Warehouse works, step by step

A working guide for job seekers using CV Warehouse in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf: which service fits the situation you are actually in, what happens in the hours and days after you pay, what can still be changed at each stage, and where your CV ends up. Written by the consultants who run the services.

Find your situation

Most people who write to us are in one of six positions. Each card names the position, the usual cause, and the path we would recommend if you asked us directly.

All stages
Situation 1

I apply and hear nothing back

Usual cause: the document, not the candidate. A CV that lists duties instead of results is filtered out before a person reads it, and if it is not structured for an applicant tracking system it may never reach one.

Recommended path: Human ATS Resume Writing first. Every other service sends that same document, so fixing it changes the result of everything that follows. Then distribution or AutoPilot on the corrected CV.

Situation 2

My CV is good, but nobody sees it

Usual cause: reach. Applying only to advertised vacancies means competing at the noisiest point in the process, and a large share of Gulf hiring is settled before a role is ever posted.

Recommended path: CV Distribution, which sends your CV to employers, in-house recruiters and agencies in our network of 120,000 to 300,000 contacts, after a consultant has checked it is ready.

Situation 3

I have a job and no time to apply

Usual cause: arithmetic. A serious search needs sustained volume over weeks, and someone working full-time cannot supply it in the evenings.

Recommended path: AutoPilot, which scans more than 30 job boards and employer career pages against your criteria, tailors and submits applications, and logs every send in a dashboard you can open at any hour.

Situation 4

I am searching while employed and it must stay quiet

Usual cause: the risk of a CV landing on the wrong desk. Most of our customers are in this position.

Recommended path: any service, with an exclusion list agreed at the start. On AutoPilot you block your own employer yourself; on distribution we remove them from the target list. Read the honest note on residual risk before you decide.

Situation 5

I am outside the Gulf and want to move there

Usual cause: distance and format. Employers in the UAE or Saudi Arabia read CVs differently from employers in the UK or North America, and applying from abroad without local reach is slow.

Recommended path: a CV written for the Gulf market, then distribution into the country you are targeting. The whole service runs online, so your location does not limit anything. See which markets we cover.

Situation 6

I am senior, and the usual channels feel beneath the role

Usual cause: positioning and access rather than capability. Executive roles are rarely filled from a general vacancy inbox.

Recommended path: executive documents written to lead on scope, commercial impact and decisions owned, with distribution aimed at decision-makers. For a sustained search at the top of the salary scale, the Inner Circle VIP package (6 months) in the price list is built for exactly that.

Key terms

The words this page uses, defined once

Career services borrow words from recruitment, software and contract law and use them loosely. These are the meanings we hold ourselves to.

Applicant tracking system (ATS)
Software an employer uses to receive, parse and rank applications before a person reads them. A CV the parser cannot read reliably is effectively invisible. "ATS-friendly" means structured so the parser reads it correctly, not written for a machine.
CV Distribution
A transmission service: your CV is sent directly to employers, in-house recruitment teams and agencies inside our contact network, instead of you applying to advertised roles one at a time. It counts as performed at the moment of sending.
AutoPilot
A continuous job-search campaign. Software scans job boards and employer career pages against your criteria, a consultant checks the matches, and applications are submitted and logged on your behalf for as long as the plan runs.
Transparency dashboard
The AutoPilot record. For every application it shows the recipient, the method and the exact time of sending, plus your live targeting. It exists so you never have to take "we applied" on trust.
Distribution readiness
The consultant check a CV passes before it is sent: contact details present, target role clear, formatting that survives an applicant tracking system. It is a check, not a rewrite. A full rewrite is a separate paid service.
Narrative interview
The 30 to 45 minute conversation at the start of resume writing, used to draw out the achievements, decisions and numbers your current CV leaves out.
Revision
Refinement of the document we agreed to write: emphasis, tone, which roles carry weight, anything we got wrong. Included for seven days after delivery. A change of target role, market or seniority after delivery is a new brief, not a revision.
Exclusion list
The employers you do not want your CV to reach, most often your current one. Agreed before anything is sent, and applied to both distribution and AutoPilot.
Written guarantee
A commitment attached to a specific package and tied to something we control and can measure, such as engagement levels or a document update period. Never a guarantee of a job, an interview or an employer reply.
Independent controller
The legal position of an employer or recruiter once your CV reaches them. From that point their policies and their law govern what they do with it, not ours, which is why a sent CV cannot be recalled or deleted by us.
Visa sponsorship
An employer's decision, made under immigration rules, to sponsor a work permit. No career service influences it, so no honest one promises it.
GCC markets
For distribution: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain. AutoPilot is not limited to the region and can target any country.

Before you order

The decisions that shape everything afterwards: which service, which market, how quiet it needs to be, and what to put in your first email so nothing waits on a second one.

All stages

Choosing

If I can only afford one service, which should it be?

Match it to the symptom, not the budget.

  • Applications go out and nothing comes back: resume writing. The other three services all transmit that document, so a weak one caps every result downstream.
  • The document is sound but reaches too few people: CV Distribution.
  • You know what to apply for and simply cannot sustain the volume: AutoPilot.
  • Your field is one where recruiters search LinkedIn rather than post: one of the two LinkedIn systems.

If you send us the CV you have and the job you want, a consultant will name the one service that moves you furthest. That advice regularly ends with "buy less than you were going to".

What kind of company is CV Warehouse, and how long has it been operating?

A career-services and employment-technology company, trading since 2012. The work falls into two halves that support each other: consultants who write documents, check CVs and review matches, and software that does the repetitive part of a search, such as scanning job boards and submitting applications.

The whole operation is online, which is what lets one team serve candidates in the Gulf and abroad from the same desk. Nothing reaches a customer without a consultant having looked at it.

How many services are there, and do they overlap?

Four groups of paid services, and they compound rather than overlap: document writing (CV, cover letters), CV Distribution, AutoPilot, and the two LinkedIn systems. A better CV improves distribution and AutoPilot results because both send it. Distribution and AutoPilot reach different people: one goes to a contact network, the other to advertised roles.

Alongside them are free tools anyone can use without ordering: a gratuity calculator, a typing test and cognitive practice assessments. The comparison table lays the four paid services out side by side.

Who we serve, and where

Which countries can you actually reach for me?

It depends on the service, because each one reaches employers by a different route.

  • CV Distribution runs on our own contact network, which covers the six GCC states: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain. You choose UAE, KSA or GCC-wide distribution when you order.
  • AutoPilot searches public job boards and employer career pages, so it has no regional limit. You can point it at any country.
  • Writing is done for the market you name, because a CV that reads well in Riyadh is not the one that reads well in Toronto.
I live outside the region. Does that change anything?

Not the service. Ordering, the narrative interview, document delivery, the dashboard and support all happen online, so a candidate in Manila or Manchester gets the same process as one in Dubai. Three groups use it routinely: people applying into the Gulf from abroad, people already in the region, and people using AutoPilot to target a market elsewhere entirely.

Is there a version of this for director and C-level candidates?

Yes, and the difference is in the emphasis, not the price tag. At that level a search rarely fails on ability; it fails on how the record is framed and on who gets to see it. Executive CVs and letters therefore open with the scale of what you ran, the commercial results, and the decisions that were yours, and distribution for senior candidates is pointed at decision-makers rather than at general recruitment inboxes.

For a long, high-touch search at the upper end of the salary range, the Inner Circle VIP package (6 months) exists for that purpose. It is listed in the price list.

Could my current employer find out I am looking?

Most of our customers are employed while they search, so this is designed in rather than bolted on. Your materials are handled confidentially, and you name the organisations to avoid before anything moves. On AutoPilot you add your employer to your own exclusion list. On distribution we take them off the target list for you.

The honest caveat: a distribution list is built from many sources, and a small number of HR contacts use personal email addresses that sit outside any company domain. No filter can identify those. So the chance of your CV reaching someone in your own network is very small, and it is not zero. We would rather you decide with that in front of you.

Ordering and setup

What are the exact steps to place an order?
  1. Open the price list and pick the service.
  2. Choose the package and the currency you want to pay in.
  3. Pay on the Stripe checkout page the button opens.
  4. Read the confirmation, which tells you what to send next: normally your CV, your target market and your target role, by email.

There is a short video of the whole process under the question about accounts.

How soon after paying does the work begin?

As soon as three things are in place: the order is paid, we have your CV, and we have your target details including the subject line. From that point the services diverge. A writing order joins a writer's queue at once. Distribution begins after the readiness check. An AutoPilot campaign starts once your criteria are confirmed, and your login arrives by email.

Setup is usually complete within 3 to 12 hours of the order. The timelines below show what follows for each service.

Will I have to create a login?

Only AutoPilot needs one, because its value is a dashboard you can check at any time, and we email those login details when you order it. A one-off writing order can run entirely over email. You can also register on the site on your own, without buying anything, if you want to browse and search jobs the way you would on a job board.

Nothing has to be set up before you order.

What should my first email to you contain?

You can send it through the upload step after checkout, on WhatsApp, or to [email protected]. Whichever route, the same five things get the work started without a follow-up:

  • Your latest CV, even one you are embarrassed by. We would rather see the real starting point.
  • The role you genuinely want, not the aspirational one you would decline.
  • The market: the country or countries to target.
  • The subject line, and which service you have bought.
  • Anything that narrows the search: salary expectations, employers to exclude, and your work-authorisation position for the countries you named.

Candidates who send all five get measurably sharper targeting than those who send a CV alone.

Referrals

Is there a referral or affiliate scheme?

Two, and they pay out differently. Earn 25% Commission is the cash one: register, receive a link, and 25% of every referred order is yours. Refer & Earn rewards you with free CV Warehouse services once five referrals have been verified. Each has its own page with the full terms; read both before choosing, because they run separately.

After you pay: what happens, and when

Four services, four different shapes of time. Writing is a sequence with a revision window at the end. Distribution is a short run-up to a single send. AutoPilot is a campaign that keeps going. LinkedIn work is measured against the metrics in your package. Every duration here is the one we quote at checkout.

All stages

CV Distribution

  1. Hour 0Order paid. You email your CV, target market, target role and subject line.
  2. Within 3 to 12 hoursSetup is complete and a consultant has your file.
  3. Readiness checkContact details, target role and ATS-safe formatting are confirmed. Problems are raised with you before anything is sent.
  4. Targeting agreedUAE, KSA or GCC-wide, plus your exclusion list. This is the last point at which the document can change.
  5. The sendStandard orders complete within 2 to 7 business days of the three conditions being met; urgent orders within 48 hours. The service is performed at this moment.
  6. The following weeksAuto-replies arrive as proof of delivery. Employer replies come straight to you, not through us. Check your spam folder.

Resume and cover-letter writing

  1. Hour 0Order paid and CV received. Your file joins a writer's queue immediately.
  2. Scan and reportThe writer assesses what your current document says, and what it leaves out.
  3. Narrative interview30 to 45 minutes drawing out the achievements, numbers and decisions the old CV never mentioned.
  4. RewriteBuilt for the parser and for the reader, in the conventions of the market you named. Turnaround is the one quoted for your package; express is available where offered.
  5. Delivery, then 7 daysOne revision round with the same writer, on specific feedback.
  6. The next 2 yearsFree updates when your career moves on.

AutoPilot

  1. Hour 0Order paid. Login details and a walkthrough video arrive by email.
  2. Your setupUpload your CV, confirm target roles, markets and preferences, add any employers to exclude. The campaign cannot start before this.
  3. Campaign liveSoftware scans 30+ job boards and employer career pages; a consultant checks matches; applications are tailored, submitted and logged with recipient, method and exact time.
  4. Two weeks inEnough data to judge the targeting. If matches are thin, your consultant will say so and suggest widening.
  5. Any timePause, retarget, or add countries from the dashboard by asking us.
  6. End of a cycleTo stop, email before the next billing date. Work already done in the current cycle stands.

LinkedIn systems

  1. OrderChoose Go Viral / Authority Builder for visibility and content, or Recruiter Magnet for being found in recruiter searches. The Recruiter Magnet page offers a free profile scan first.
  2. Profile workHeadline and summary positioning, keyword placement, presentation of experience, overall profile strength.
  3. Content and engagementIncluded in the packages that carry them, aimed at steady visibility rather than volume.
  4. MeasurementWhere your package carries a written guarantee, it is judged against the engagement or visibility metric that package defines, and the stated remedy applies if it is missed.

CV Distribution

What will I actually see in the first week?

Three kinds of message, and it helps to know which is which.

  • Auto-replies from recipient mail systems. These are your proof that the CV went out. We do not copy you on every individual send, so this is the trace you will see most of.
  • A few delivery-failure notices. Contact databases are assembled from many sources and some addresses have moved on. It is normal and touches a small share of the list.
  • Real replies from employers and recruiters, sent directly to you. We hand over your details and step aside; there is no middleman on the conversation.

Look in your spam folder over the following weeks. Employer mail lands there far more often than people expect.

Who exactly receives my CV, and how many people is that?

Three kinds of recipient: employers, the recruitment teams inside them, and recruitment agencies. All of them sit inside the targeting you agreed, and the volume is the one your order covers, drawn from a network of 120,000 to 300,000 employer contacts.

Because the network is built from several sources, a proportion of any list is stale, duplicated or reassigned by the time it is used. That is why the readiness check and the targeting conversation matter more than the raw number.

What does the consultant check before sending?

Whether the document will survive contact with an employer: that your contact details are present, that the target role is obvious, and that the formatting will not fall apart in an applicant tracking system. Anything that would cost you replies is raised with you first.

It is a readiness check, not a rewrite. The document itself remains yours to finalise, and a full review of the content is a separate paid consultancy service.

When does the delivery estimate start counting?

From the moment all three preconditions are true: payment confirmed, CV in hand, targeting agreed. The 2 to 7 business days for a standard order, or 48 hours for an urgent one, run from there. If we are waiting on a document or a decision from you, that wait sits outside the estimate. One payment covers one distribution run.

Can I pick one country, or one industry?

Country, yes: UAE distribution goes to companies across the UAE, and the KSA and GCC options target their regions in the same way. Expect some replies from outside the border, because a number of companies run their head office or recruitment function from another country.

Role-by-role precision is not what distribution is for. If you want that level of control, AutoPilot targets named roles and gives you a dashboard to watch it happen.

I have a newer CV. Can you swap it in mid-distribution?

For whatever has not yet been sent, yes. Send the new file as early as you can and it replaces the old one in the remaining activity wherever that is still possible. Whatever has already gone out has gone out with the earlier version.

I gave you a wrong phone number. What now?

Tell us the moment you notice. Distribution is carried out on the details you supplied, so an error travels with the CV. Anything still unsent is corrected. Anything already delivered cannot be pulled back, which is the reason we ask you to check your details at the confirmation stage rather than after.

Resume and cover letters

Is a person writing my resume, or software?

A person: an experienced professional writer, working in three stages. First a scan of your existing CV with a written report on it. Then the narrative interview, 30 to 45 minutes, which is where most of the value is found, because it surfaces what you did that the old document never said. Then a rewrite from the ground up, structured for the parser and written for the human who reads it afterwards.

The pattern we see again and again: the candidate is fine, the CV is a job description. It lists what the role involved rather than what the person changed. Converting one into the other is the whole craft.

Will the same CV work in Dubai and in London?

Not well, which is why we ask for the market before we write. Conventions differ: what a Gulf employer expects to see, and in what order, is not what a UK or North American employer expects. The document is written in the terminology of your target role and target market, and it is structured so an applicant tracking system parses it correctly. Both, not one or the other.

What is different about an executive CV or cover letter?

What leads. An executive document opens with scope, budget ownership, commercial outcomes and the decisions you were trusted to make, and treats the day-to-day as background. Cover letters are a separate service, written for the named role and employer each time. We do not keep a template with a blank where the company name goes.

How long does the writing take?

The turnaround is set by the package and confirmed at the point of order, and an express option is available where the price list shows one. What we need from you to start is short: the current CV, the target role and market, and anything you want brought forward or left out. The interview covers the rest.

How do I ask for changes, and what counts as a change?

Reply within seven days of delivery with specifics: which section, which role, what you expected instead. The writer who produced the document makes the changes. Vague dissatisfaction produces a guess; a concrete note produces a corrected draft.

A revision refines the brief we agreed: emphasis, tone, the balance between roles, anything we got wrong. Changing the brief is different. A new target role, a new market, a different seniority, or career history we never had all mean a different document, chargeable as new work at the current rate. We tell you which side of that line a request falls before we touch it.

What does the satisfaction guarantee cover, and what if I am still unhappy?

It covers the gap between what was agreed at the start and what was delivered: we keep working until the document meets the brief. Almost every case of unhappiness with a written document turns out to be emphasis, tone or positioning, and the writer who prepared it can fix all three. That is why the guarantee is built on review and refinement rather than reversal.

If you believe the document departs materially from the brief, send the specifics and it is reviewed by the writer together with a senior consultant. How a case resolves depends on its facts and on the stage the work has reached. What does not happen is you being left with a document you cannot use.

Can I come back next year for an update?

Yes. Every resume package carries a two-year free update period. Finish a project, change roles, add a qualification: send the document back inside those two years and it is updated without a new fee.

I did not send feedback within seven days. Have I lost the revision?

Strictly, once the revision period stated on your order passes, the document can be treated as approved and the service as complete. That is normal for written work and it is set out in Section 16 of the Terms of Service. In practice, a message before the window closes saying you need more time is nearly always enough. What creates difficulty is a month of silence followed by a long list.

AutoPilot

What does AutoPilot do each day?

It scans more than 30 job boards and employer career pages against the roles, seniority, markets and preferences you set, tailors an application to each vacancy that fits, and submits it. A consultant checks the matches before anything is sent, so the log is not padded with roles you would never have wanted.

The problem it solves is volume over time. A serious search needs applications going out for weeks, and someone in full-time work cannot keep that up after hours. AutoPilot does the keeping-up.

How do I know an application was really sent?

Open the dashboard. Every application is logged with the recipient, the method and the exact time, alongside the live status of the campaign and your current targeting. Which companies received your CV, for which roles, and when, is all there in real time. The dashboard exists precisely so that "we applied for you" is something you can check rather than believe.

Can I change countries, or pause, once it is running?

Both. You can target several markets and roles at once and adjust them as the search develops, and a campaign can be paused or retargeted at any point, which matters when you accept an offer, take leave, or change direction. Tell us and it is actioned. After about two weeks there is enough data to judge the targeting, and if it is too narrow for the current market your consultant will say so, because widening is usually the right call.

The dashboard shows very few matches. Is something wrong?

Usually not with the campaign. Few genuine matches means the market is thin for that combination of role, level and location right now, and we will say that plainly rather than pad the count. The options are to widen the target, adjust how the CV is positioned, or wait for the hiring cycle to turn. A short list of good matches is worth more than a long list of roles you would decline.

What does Lite include compared with the bigger plans?

Lite, from AED 250 a month, is the engine on its own: scanning across 30 or more boards, unlimited automated applications, and the full transparency dashboard. It fits someone who needs consistency and volume. The higher tiers layer consultant time and supporting services on top. Current inclusions and prices for each are in the price list.

I paid but have not finished the setup. What happens?

The campaign waits, because it cannot apply for roles it does not know you want. We will chase more than once, and a consultant will walk you through the setup if something is in the way. An order left unanswered for a long stretch can eventually be treated as dormant and closed under Section 17 of the Terms of Service, so a reply saying "not yet" is worth sending.

LinkedIn

What is the difference between Go Viral / Authority Builder and Recruiter Magnet?

Direction of travel. Go Viral / Authority Builder is for being noticed: positioning, content and sustained engagement so your posts land in front of the right audience and recruiters start coming to you. The Recruiter Magnet system is for being found: the profile is rebuilt around the searches recruiters actually run, so you appear in their results for the roles you want. That page also offers a free scan showing how your profile reads to a recruiter today.

What does the optimisation actually change on my profile?

Four things: how the headline and summary position you, where the keywords recruiters search for sit, how your experience is presented, and the overall strength of the profile. Content and engagement are included in the packages that carry them, and they are aimed at steady professional visibility, not at posting for its own sake.

What do the LinkedIn guarantees promise, and what do they not?

They promise a measurable thing the package controls: a weekly engagement level, or visibility to recruiters. Miss it, and the remedy written into that package applies. The terms for yours are on its service page and on your order.

They do not promise a job, an interview or a recruiter's message, because those are other people's decisions. And they cannot promise LinkedIn itself will stay still: the platform changes its algorithm, features and policies without notice, which can move reach independently of anything we did.

What it does A professional writer rebuilds your CV or letter for the parser and the reader. Sends your CV to employers, in-house recruiters and agencies in our network. Scans 30+ boards, tailors and submits applications, logs every one. Makes you visible (Go Viral) or findable (Recruiter Magnet) on LinkedIn.
Best for Applications that get no reply. A sound CV that too few people see. No time to sustain the volume yourself. Fields where recruiters search rather than post.
Time shape Queue, interview, rewrite; then a 7-day revision window and 2 years of free updates. Readiness check, targeting, one send: 2 to 7 business days, or 48 hours urgent. Continuous, month by month, from the day setup completes. Profile work, then ongoing content where the package includes it.
What you can see The scan report, the draft, the revised draft. Auto-replies as proof of send; employer replies come straight to you. A dashboard with recipient, method and timestamp for every application. The profile itself and the package's engagement or visibility metric.

Two columns

What is ours to answer for, and what is not

A career service should be able to say which outcomes it owns. This is our list, and we would rather you read it before paying than after.

We answer for

Measurable, and yours to check.

  • That the CV, cover letter or email campaign we write is professionally done and matches the brief.
  • That a distributed CV actually reaches the employers, decision-makers and recruiters agreed.
  • That an AutoPilot campaign runs, and that every application appears in your dashboard.
  • That the targeting we agree with you, before sending or at the point of order, is applied accurately.
  • That our process, prices and terms are explained plainly, here and on every service page.

Nobody can answer for

If a provider guarantees any of these, ask how.

  • An employer's decision to interview or hire you.
  • A recruiter replying at all, or replying quickly.
  • The salary you are offered.
  • How many other candidates want the same role.
  • Visa, immigration and work-authorisation outcomes.
  • The direction of the job market.
  • Changes LinkedIn makes to its own algorithm.

Read together, that is the whole promise

No legitimate career service can guarantee you will be hired. Hiring is an employer's decision, and a company promising a guaranteed job, interview or offer is promising something it does not control. What we stand behind is our own output: the documents, the send, the campaign, the profile. Where a package adds a written guarantee, it is pinned to a specific measurable deliverable, never to the hire, and its terms live on that service's page.

We deliver the service you bought, to the standard and on the terms you were shown. Then we make sure your materials put you in front of the people who make the decision, in the strongest form we can manage.

80%of clients who used our services went on to be hired

Reading your results

What silence means, what a good outcome looks like from our side, and where the limits of any career service genuinely sit.

All stages
What if nobody calls me for an interview?

First, separate silence from failure. Employers receive large volumes and many never reply to anyone, so a quiet inbox is not by itself evidence that something went wrong. What we can show you is what was sent, to whom, and when; on AutoPilot that is in the dashboard, on distribution it is the trail of auto-replies.

Second, the numbers we do have. Around 80% of candidates who use CV Distribution begin receiving interview opportunities, and many go on to better-paid roles. Where you land inside that depends on your experience, your qualifications, the sector, the vacancies open at the time and what employers are asking for.

If two or three weeks pass with nothing, write to us. The usual fixes are widening the target, repositioning the CV, or timing, and a consultant can tell you which applies.

Do you guarantee a job, a salary or visa sponsorship?

No, and neither does anyone honest. Employers decide interviews, hires and pay. Recruiters decide whom they contact. Immigration authorities decide sponsorship. A service that promises any of those is promising someone else's decision. What AutoPilot guarantees is that the campaign runs and every send is logged; what distribution guarantees is the agreed send; what writing guarantees is the brief.

Even so, 80% of our clients secure high-paying jobs after taking our service.

Why can a professional service not guarantee hiring?

Because we are one input to a decision taken elsewhere. We can present your record at its strongest, put it in front of the right people, keep applications flowing, and make you findable. The employer then weighs budget, timing, internal candidates and other applicants you will never see.

The reasons candidates lose out that are fixable, though, are exactly the ones a service can change: a CV that fails the parser, a profile that never appears in a recruiter's search, a campaign that stops after a fortnight.

Which factors are simply out of your hands?
  • Whether an employer or recruiter responds, and what they decide.
  • Hiring freezes, seasonal cycles and the state of your sector.
  • How many other people are competing for the same role.
  • Third-party platforms: LinkedIn's algorithm, job-board availability.
  • Immigration, visa and work-authorisation rulings.
  • The accuracy of what you tell us.
What does a good outcome look like from your side?

The work you paid for, done to a professional standard and evidenced: a document you can send with confidence, a distribution completed to the audience agreed, or a campaign running with every application on record. Behind that, a visible shift in how you are positioned and in the number and quality of opportunities reaching you.

In plain terms, your CV lands in thousands of recruiter inboxes at once instead of one job board at a time, without you sending a hundred applications by hand.

How is quality controlled before anything reaches an employer?

Four gates. Documents are written by professional writers and reviewed before they are delivered. Distribution targeting is agreed with you and the CV passes a readiness check before the send. AutoPilot matches are checked by a consultant before submission. And every application is logged, so the audit trail is yours as well as ours.

Changing your mind: what is possible at each stage

Refund questions have one honest answer: it depends on how far the work has gone. This grid shows the stages for each service and what is still open at each one. The binding rules are Section 15 and Schedule G of the Terms of Service; where the grid and the Terms differ, the Terms apply.

All stages
What can be changed at each stage of each service
Service Before work starts While it is in progress After delivery or send
Resume writing Cancel, pause, or switch to a better-suited service. The most room you will ever have. Add information for the writer. A change of role, market or seniority becomes new work. Revised on specific feedback for 7 days; free updates for 2 years. Refined, not reversed.
CV Distribution Pause, retarget, hold, or cancel. Nothing has left the building. Swap in a newer CV or fix a detail for anything not yet sent. Performed and final. The CV sits with independent recipients and cannot be recalled.
AutoPilot The campaign waits for your setup; nothing has been applied for. Pause, retarget, add or remove countries and employers at any time. Cancel before the next billing date to stop future cycles; the current cycle's applications stand.
LinkedIn systems As for any order: contact us early. Per the package terms. The written guarantee's own remedy applies if its metric is missed.
A bundle Assessed component by component, because a resume can be delivered while distribution has not yet run and the campaign has not yet started. Removing one part does not subtract its standalone price, because the bundle was never priced that way.

The refund questions, answered directly

Can I stop part-way through and get money back?

Sometimes, and the deciding factor is what has already been performed, not how long ago you paid. Work not yet started is one position; work partly done is another; work completed or already transmitted to third parties is a third. Writing is built to be revised rather than reversed. Distribution is performed the instant the send happens and cannot be pulled back.

The rules that bind are Section 15 and Schedule G of the Terms of Service. The grid above is the plain-language version; if they ever disagree, the Terms win.

I ordered an hour ago and have changed my mind. What now?

Write to us now. If no consultant has started writing and nothing has been transmitted, there is room to cancel, pause, or move the order to a service that suits you better. The clock matters less than the work: an order placed yesterday whose distribution has already run is in a different position from one placed last week that is still queued.

Why is a completed distribution treated as final?

Because the thing you bought has already happened. The value of distribution is your CV arriving with employers and recruiters, and once it has arrived it belongs to their systems, outside our custody. There is no mechanism by which a sender retrieves an email from a recipient's inbox, and no arrangement under which those recipients un-receive it. That is the physics of the service, not a policy we chose, and it is why the readiness check and the targeting conversation happen before the send: that is where change is still possible.

The document is not what I hoped. Is that a refund case or a revision case?

A revision case, almost always. A document that misses the mark usually has a specific miss in it: the wrong role carrying the weight, an emphasis misread, a market mismatch. All of those are corrected by the writer inside the 7-day revision round, and resume clients also hold the 2-Year Free Resume Update Guarantee for later changes. Send specifics: the section, the role, what you expected instead. Precise feedback gets a corrected draft; "I don't like it" gets a guess.

If I do not get hired, do I get my money back?

No. A refund tied to a hire would be a guarantee over a decision the employer makes, on criteria we neither set nor see, and we will not sell one. What we do guarantee is the part that is ours: a CV built to get noticed, sent straight to the recruiters who hire in your field, and put in front of them quickly.

Which packages carry a written guarantee, and what does each one cover?

Each covers visibility, engagement or document upkeep. None covers a job, an interview, an employer reply or a salary, and none carries across to a different order. The exact conditions are on each service page and in Schedule G.

How do I cancel a monthly AutoPilot plan?

Email us with your order reference before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future cycles. It does not unwind the current one: if the campaign has been applying on your behalf all month, that month has been performed.

Can one part of a bundle be refunded on its own?

Not as a simple subtraction. A bundle is priced as a combination, so the other components were never sold at their standalone rates. Where a bundle is partly delivered, we look at which components have been performed and what the remainder is worth on its own, then set that out for you against your order reference.

What if the work has already started?

We tell you exactly what has been performed and what has not, then discuss the sensible route. A campaign that has run for a week, a document at first draft, and a completed send are three different positions, and pretending they are one would mislead you. Each is assessed on its own facts, and a bundle is assessed piece by piece for the same reason.

Can I add information after ordering, or if my situation changes?

Yes, and sooner is better. New context goes into any work not yet performed; for a continuing service like AutoPilot it shapes future activity. If you accept an offer, switch market or change direction, a campaign can be paused or retargeted and a document updated within its update period. A live service adjusted beats one running on criteria you have moved past.

I think I was charged twice. What should I do?

Send the date, the amount and the reference on your statement to [email protected]. A duplicate for the same order is checked against our records and put right. The same applies to a charge you do not recognise.

Come to us before your bank. A chargeback raised without contact can suspend work already under way on your order, and the direct route is nearly always faster.

How do I raise a complaint properly?

Email [email protected] with your order reference, the service, and a clear description with specifics, especially for anything about a document. Each concern is reviewed on its own against the service bought, the brief agreed at the start, and the stage the work has reached. Resolving directly and quickly is always our preference over an escalation elsewhere. The contractual position is in the Terms of Service; how your information is handled is in the Privacy Policy.

Your CV, your data, and reaching a person

Where a sent CV lives afterwards, what we keep and for how long, where software acts and where a consultant does, and the fastest way to get a human answer.

All stages

Your CV after it leaves us

Who holds a copy of my CV once it has been sent?

The recipients: employers, their in-house recruitment teams and agencies inside the targeting you agreed, and nobody outside it. From the moment it arrives they hold it as independent controllers of that data. How long they keep it, who inside the organisation reads it, and what they do with it is governed by their policies and their law, not ours. That is set out in Section 10 of the Privacy Policy, and it is the reason a sent CV cannot be recalled or deleted by us.

What do you do with my CV and details internally?

Deliver the service you bought, and nothing else. The consultants on your order see your file; the wider company has no need to and does not. Card details never touch us: payment runs through an established third-party processor over an encrypted connection, and full card numbers stay with that provider under its own security standards. The complete account of what is collected and why is the Privacy Policy.

Can everything be deleted on request?

Email us and, once the request is verified, the information concerned is deleted, with two limits. Some records must be kept for a period where law, tax and accounting rules, or an unresolved dispute require it. And deletion cannot reach copies already sent, on your instruction, to an employer or recruiter; those belong to the recipient, and a deletion request for them goes to the recipient. Section 25 of the Privacy Policy has the full text.

Where does software make decisions, and where does a person?

Software does the mechanical work: scanning job boards, matching vacancies to criteria, analysing CVs and profiles, scoring assessments. Its output is suggestions, drafts and scores. They are probabilistic, sometimes wrong, and they decide nothing about your career. People do the judgement work, and where a service calls for it a consultant reviews the output before it goes anywhere. Hiring decisions sit with employers throughout.

If the law where you live gives you a right to human review of automated processing, ask and you will have it.

How long are records kept?

For as long as the purpose they were collected for still applies, then for whatever further period legal, tax, accounting, dispute or fraud-prevention requirements impose, after which they are deleted, de-identified or aggregated beyond tracing back to you. There is no single figure, because a payment record and a draft CV are kept for different reasons. The criteria are listed in Section 14 of the Privacy Policy.

Reaching a person

What is the fastest way to reach a consultant?

Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp, and put your order reference in the first line if you have one. Replies come within one business day and usually sooner, with live orders taking priority. If your question needs a consultant to read a document properly, we take a few extra hours and answer properly rather than quickly.

Can I phone you, or visit an office?

There is no walk-in office for job seekers, by design: running as one online operation is what lets the same team serve candidates across the Gulf and abroad instead of those near one address. Email and WhatsApp are the working channels for two reasons. Career work is document work, and a consultant reading your CV, target role and previous messages in one thread answers better than one relying on memory during a call, while you keep a written record. And a large telephone operation is an overhead that ends up in every customer's price, whether they use the phone or not.

Calls are generally available for corporate enquiries and account-level support. For an individual job seeker who would genuinely be better served by one, we will set it up on request; a 30-minute consultation costs USD 250.

Why are your prices lower than a traditional consultancy's?

Three structural reasons, none of them a shortcut on the work. There is no branch network of offices to lease and staff across cities. Software handles the parts that are purely mechanical, scanning and submitting, so consultant hours go to positioning, targeting and review. And volume across several markets spreads fixed costs thinly instead of loading them onto each order.

What is not cut is the human. Consultants write the documents and check every distribution and every AutoPilot match before it leaves.

Prices, packages and payment

Every price with its checkout link, plus the four questions people ask about bundles and paying.

All stages

Bundles and paying

Should I buy a bundle or separate services?

Every service is sold on its own, so start with the one that fits your situation. Bundles exist because the services compound: a stronger CV lifts both distribution and AutoPilot results, since both send that document, and a bundle usually carries a discount. You do not have to use everything at once; many customers take the document first, then distribute, then run AutoPilot. Tell us the order you want and we schedule around it. Inclusions are on each service page and confirmed at checkout, and you can upgrade later.

Can I give my package to someone else, and what happens to bonus materials?

Packages are personal and cannot be transferred: the document is written from your history and the campaign runs on your profile. Bonus materials such as interview preparation, career guidance or training resources are released with the package they belong to and remain available on the terms shown at purchase. They sit alongside the core service rather than standing in for it.

I bought the wrong package. Can it be switched?

Contact us straight away. Before work starts we can normally move you to the right service and settle the difference. Once delivery has begun, we set out what has been performed and the sensible way forward, and a bundle is judged by which of its parts have started or finished.

How are payments processed, and in which currencies?

Payment is taken at checkout by established third-party processors over an encrypted connection; full card details are handled by the provider under its own standards and are never stored by CV Warehouse. Prices can be shown and paid in AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD, OMR, USD, GBP, EUR and CAD, using the currency selector in the top bar. Your bank or card issuer may add its own conversion or cross-border charge, which is outside our control. The service starts once payment is confirmed and we have what it needs, usually your CV and target details.

About this page

How this guide is kept accurate

The answers here are written and reviewed by the CV Warehouse consultant team, the people who check CVs for distribution, run AutoPilot campaigns and write documents for customers every day. Every duration, figure and rule on the page is the one stated at checkout or in the Terms and Privacy Policy, and each rule that binds is cited to its section so you can read the original.

Where this guide summarises the Terms of Service (Section 15 and Schedule G on refunds, Section 16 on revision windows, Section 17 on dormant orders) or the Privacy Policy (Sections 10, 14 and 25), the source documents take precedence. For a short reference list of policy questions, the frequently asked questions page covers the same ground in a different format.

One more question

Tell us where you are, and we will tell you what fits

Send your current CV and the role you are aiming for. A consultant replies with the one service that moves you furthest, what it will realistically do, and what it will not. That answer costs nothing, and it sometimes recommends less than you were about to buy.

Replies within one business day. Or go straight to the price list.
