CV Warehouse Refer & Earn is the referral reward program run by CV Warehouse (cvwarehouse.ai), a career-services provider for job seekers in the UAE and the Gulf. A participant refers people to CV Warehouse. Once five referred people have each paid for any CV Warehouse service and those orders are verified, the participant receives one free service of their choice: a CV Distribution or one month of AutoPilot. The reward is paid in services, not cash.
Nothing to install and no dashboard to check. The whole program runs on names, orders and one email.
An active account is the only requirement to refer and to redeem, and it is the account your reward code is issued against. If you have bought any CV Warehouse service before, you already have one.
There is no referral link or code to generate. Your referral is a person: someone who needs a CV, a stronger LinkedIn profile, or help applying. Match them to the service that fits, because the referral only counts once they buy.
Share the service page however you like: a message, a call, a forwarded link. They pay the normal published price; nothing is added for being referred. Note the name they register with.
The referral counts once their payment completes and stays completed. Any service at any price counts equally. Free trials, refunds and cancellations do not.
At five, email your name, your account email, the five names as registered and proof of purchase to [email protected]. Verification takes 3–5 business days, then your code arrives by email and you choose your reward.
One reward per five verified referrals. The two options are not equivalent, so it's worth deciding which one you actually want before you start.
The higher-value option, and the sensible one if your CV is finished and what you're short of is reach rather than wording.
Lower on price, but the better pick when time is the constraint: it keeps applying while you get on with everything else.
You choose after verification, not before, and regardless of what the five of them bought.
None of this is surprising, but each one is a common reason a count comes up short.
Five purchases by one person count as one referral. You and the person you refer also have to be different individuals, in different households.
Any paid service counts, and they all count the same. The price makes no difference. A free trial doesn't count, because nothing was paid.
Refunded and cancelled orders drop back out. That's why verification happens after the purchase rather than at the moment of it.
You email the five names and proof of purchase, and our team matches each name to a real order. No automatic tracking does this for you.
A referral only counts once they buy, and pointing someone at the wrong service wastes both your time and theirs. A rough guide:

Nothing was paid, so there's no order to match against.
A refund undoes the purchase, and the referral leaves the count with it.
Same as a refund: the order didn't complete, so nothing counts.
The referrer and the referred have to be different people. Self-referrals are not eligible.
Duplicate accounts count as one person, not two.
Referrals within the same household are not eligible, even when the purchase is genuine.

The check is done by hand, which is why it takes days rather than seconds.
Our team checks the five names against real orders within 3–5 business days. This is the longest part, and it starts when your email arrives.
If a name can't be matched to an order, a different name at checkout or another email address, we'll ask you for one more detail rather than dropping the referral.
Once the check is complete you get a confirmation email carrying the reward code, and that's the point at which you choose between the two services.
The code is valid for six months from the date it's issued and is redeemed at checkout. Unused codes expire, and can't be extended, transferred or exchanged for cash.

You need an active CV Warehouse account to refer others and to redeem a reward. The referrer and the referred job seeker must be different individuals: self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and referrals within the same household are not eligible.
A referral counts once the person you referred completes payment for any paid CV Warehouse service: Resume Writing, LinkedIn Optimization, CV Distribution, AutoPilot Job Hunt, Career Coaching, or any other premium service. Free trials, refunded orders, and cancelled orders do not count toward your five.
Submit your name, email, the names of your five referrals, and proof of purchase. Our team verifies each referral within 3–5 business days and may request additional information if a referral cannot be matched to an order.
Once five referrals are verified, choose one free service: a one-time CV Distribution (AED 400 value) or one month of AutoPilot Job Hunt (AED 250 value). Your choice is independent of which services your referrals purchased. There is no cap on how many times you can earn a reward, and every additional five verified referrals earns another.
Reward codes are valid for six months from the date they are issued. Unused codes expire and cannot be extended, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
CV Warehouse reserves the right to decline or revoke rewards obtained through fraudulent, duplicate, or self-referral activity, and may suspend a user's participation in the program in such cases.
The names and proof of purchase you send are used to match referrals to orders and to issue your reward. They are handled under the CV Warehouse Privacy Policy.
CV Warehouse may modify, pause, or discontinue this referral program at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
